West Coast Pallets & Crates offers both standard (1165mm x 1165mm) and custom made hardwood pallets, meeting all your pallet needs with ease.
We have a range of hardwood pallets available in stock, including racking standards built to fit and lock into Australian standard pallet racking. For management on site or in warehouses, our standard pallets are compatible with lifting equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks and pallet lifters. For custom solutions we can also create specific configurations of timber & gluts to assist transport and handling.

Hardwood pallets vs pine
Both are good choices, though usually suited for different applications.
Hardwood pallets are ideal for heavy, bulky items or sites where otherwise-suitable pine pallets may be more vulnerable. Standard pine is typically the more economical choice as the materials are more readily available due to the fast growing wood, but it is not as strong or durable in standard designs. Hardwood pallets also tend to have a greater pallet weight per unit, due to the denser timber characteristics of hardwoods used.
