Pallet Repairs

Extending the Life of Wooden Pallets
West Coast Pallets & Crates offers a complete repair service from our Bibra Lake location.
After we have completed our delivery to your site, we can safely load your broken pallets onto our truck to return to our facility for repair. Pallets with 1 to 3 broken boards are suitable to be repaired and can be returned to you with your next delivery.
This helps reduce waste in the first instance, plus these repaired, second-hand pallets can be used as a cost-effective alternative to manufacturing new pallets.
Pallets with further broken boards may still be diverted from landfill with our sustainable Pallet Recycling services.
Supporting Sustainable Practice
From source to site and beyond, we remain committed to renewable, sustainable, and less wasteful ways of manufacturing pallets & crates.
Not only are we WA’s only PEFC-certified pallet & crates manufacturer; we also look for ways to contribute to a circular economy on a local level. Part of this dedicated effort to sustainability is our pallet repair process.
A significant number of crates end up in landfill each year. Even if they are made from renewable sources, they can still contribute to the issue.
By repairing these pallets (and recycling them into other products if they are too deteriorated), we can keep as many as possible out of landfill.
Beyond Manufacturing
As part of our commitment to sustainability broken pallets can be removed from site and repaired. Find out more about our services beyond manufacturing today.
